1. No Returns

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

2. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

We will only offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged, or
• You receive the wrong item

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging

3. Refunds / Replacements

• Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
  • A replacement, or
  • A refund to your original payment method
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days

4. Order Accuracy

Please double-check your order details before placing your order. We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Orders lost due to incorrect shipping information
